The Paloma is a beloved Mexican cocktail that beautifully marries the flavors of tequila and fresh citrus. It’s crisp, refreshing, and perfect for any occasion. Here’s how to make a delightful Paloma using fresh grapefruit, lime, agave syrup, tequila, Squirt soda, and a tangy chamoy and Tajín rim.

Ingredients

2 oz Tequila: Opt for a quality blanco tequila for a smooth base.

2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice: The star of the drink, fresh juice adds vitality.

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice: A touch of acidity to balance the sweetness.

1/2 oz Agave Syrup: For a hint of natural sweetness.

Top with Squirt Soda: A grapefruit-flavored soda for fizz and flavor.

Chamoy & Tajín: For rimming the glass, adding a deliciously spicy twist.

Instructions
